our 7 day turnaround policy
Each member of the OZ Excavator Buckets team is committed to completing all orders in the shortest possible time.
We are well aware of the high downtime cost of earthmoving equipment due to buckets and other attachments not being available when required.
Manufacturing
Standard Items
High stock levels of our most popular products enable us to complete orders in a short turnaround time. Our records show that 90% of all orders are completed and ready for delivery within seven working days from date of order. Please note that the seven working days does not include transport and delivery.
Special Make Items
Our 7 DAY TURNAROUND policy does not apply to Special Make Items. Please refer to product schedules under Products for all Special Make Items. These products require between 6 to 8 weeks for manufacturing.
Delivery
Completed products can be collected from our premises in Brisbane or alternatively we can arrange delivery. We only employ the services of competent commercial freight companies. Our excavator and backhoe buckets and other attachments are delivered to most locations within Australia. 80% of all orders are delivered within three working days from date of completion.
