Wide Anti-Sinking Profile

The wide and flat base design distributes machine weight evenly across soft or saturated ground profiles. This structural layout prevents the bucket from sinking or tipping during levelling work, ensuring a uniform surface finish.

Hardened Steel Local Reinforcement

High wear sections, including the wear plate, side cutters, and the weld-in cutting edge, are reinforced with hardened steel. This additional material layer prevents structural abrasion and fatigue when cutting through compact dirt or heavy sand.

Short Tip Radius Design

The short distance from the hitch pin to the cutting edge increases the mechanical advantage and breakout force of the excavator. This geometry minimises drag against the machine arms, leading to smoother grading cycles and reduced hourly fuel burn.

Reversible Bolt-On Wear Edge

Operators can configure the unit with an optional reversible bolt-on cutting edge to protect the permanent base blade. This sacrificial wear plate can be unbolted and flipped over once worn, effectively doubling the lifespan of the tool before workshop attention is required.
