Our 12-month manufacturer's warranty, subject to conditions, gives you peace of mind knowing your attachments are protected. In the event of unusual damage, simply call us with the serial number, provide photos, and our warranty team will be in touch within 24 hours. Repairs will be carried out by our closest workshop partner and to our high quality standards, ensuring you're back to work quickly.

Provide Serial & Photos
Call our office and provide the serial number of your attachment. We'll also need you to send us photos of the damage and the environment where it occurred.
We Contact You
Our warranty team will review the details and get in touch with you within 24 hours to discuss the fault and the next steps.
We Send Replacement
Depending on the damage and location, OZ Excavator Buckets will send the attachment to the closest workshop partner for repairs or replacement.
