Meet the team

Pete is the chairman of OZ Excavator Buckets and has been with the company since March 2006. With a background in civil engineering, Pete purchased the business and managed the company for over 17 years before moving to his role as chairman. In his free time, Pete enjoys spending time with his family, riding his mountain bike, and working in his garden.

Jacques is the general manager of OZ Excavator Buckets and has been with the company since 2016, overseeing the company's operations and driving business growth. With a background in mechanical engineering and extensive experience as a manufacturing department manager, Jacques is adept at problem-solving and streamlining processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. Jacques spends his free time with loved ones, staying active, and deepening his faith.

Sean is the operations manager at OZ Excavator Buckets and has been with the company since 2022. As operations manager, Sean’s role involves overseeing various aspects of the day-to-day operations, such as ordering stock and managing suppliers. In his free time, Sean enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, and watching his daughters perform in ballet or gymnastics.

Nicola is the financial controller at OZ Excavator Buckets and has been with the company since 2016. As financial controller, Nicola is responsible for running and managing the finances of the business. Prior to working at OZ Buckets™, Nicola worked in the tourism industry and holds a bachelor's degree in business. When she’s not working, Nicola enjoys spending time with her family.

Rob is one of the senior account managers at OZ Excavator Buckets and has been with the company since 2022. He is responsible for managing key accounts and providing the best support and products to clients across New South Wales, South Australia, Tasmania, and the Northern Territory. In his free time, Rob enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his daughter’s soccer team.

Blair is the production manager for OZ Excavator Buckets and has been with the company since August 2013. In his role, Blair is responsible for weekly production planning, assisting in procurement and accounts, creating new processes, and providing technical advice to the manufacturing team. In his free time, Blair enjoys spending time with his family, jet skiing, dirt biking, fishing, and camping.

Rob is one of the senior account managers at OZ Excavator Buckets and has been with the company since 2022. Tony is the logistics manager at OZ Excavator Buckets and has been with the company since 2013. With prior building supply experience, Tony’s responsibilities as logistics manager include managing all logistics activities, from local to interstate and overseas. In his free time, Tony enjoys playing golf, attending AFL games, and spending time with his partner and grandkids.

Steven is the factory manager at OZ Excavator Buckets and has been with the company since 2021. He brings more than 27 years of manufacturing experience to the team and is a qualified boilermaker and certified welder. His role includes managing incoming and outgoing quality control, as well as warranty claims. Outside work, Steven enjoys spending time with his family and watching sports, including boxing, AFL, and V8 Supercars.

Taylor is the health and safety officer at OZ Excavator Buckets and has been with the company since 2022. With more than seven years of experience in health, safety, and quality departments across different industries, Taylor is responsible for managing all aspects of health, safety, and environmental areas. Outside work, Taylor loves spending time with her family and close friends.

Dawid Brits is a Junior Engineer at OZ Excavator Buckets and join the team in 2023. Currently in the final stages of his studies in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management, Dawid plays a crucial role in managing and organising all technical drawings at OZ Buckets™. He liaises with suppliers to ensure the quality and functionality of our products, contributing to the development and improvement of current and future attachments. In his spare time, Dawid enjoys spearfishing, fishing, sailing, or simply relaxing while listening to Eric Church.
